Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and guidance to assigned staff.
• Monitor quality, appropriateness, and effectiveness of clinical services.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support assessment, treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
• Assist with management of high-risk clients experiencing psychiatric crises or complex needs.
• Monitor outcomes through data collection and quality improvement activities.
• Lead staff development through mentorship, training, coaching, and evaluations.
