Responsibilities

• Follows and improves standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in quality improvement activities.
• Ensures regulatory and community standards compliance for program and staff.
• Coordinates services for families and the treatment team.
• Supports recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff and practicum students.
• Represents Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health in the community.
• Oversees clinical and non-clinical staff in crisis intervention.
• Monitors patient progress and appropriateness of level of care.
• Oversees insurance utilization and medical necessity criteria.
• Coordinates with Admissions for intakes and scheduling.
• Develops weekly/monthly schedules for programming.
• Supports performance measurement and outcome evaluation.
• Participates in interdisciplinary meetings and documentation.
