Job summary

Momentum for Health seeks an Assistant Manager for FSP Residential in San Jose, CA. This role oversees day-to-day program operations, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with policies to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care across service settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus three years’ experience in human services.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in human services.
• Master’s degree plus one year in human services.

Responsibilities

• Participate and coordinate management with Program Manager to ensure high quality care.
• Coordinate and monitor quality improvement activities and review service documentation.
• Provide direct supervision and hiring/ evaluation support for staff.
• Provide crisis response and after-hours assistance; coordinate with families and agencies.
• Review and co-sign service documentation as applicable.
