Job summary

FIVE ACRES in Pasadena, CA seeks a experienced supervisor with licensed clinical credentials to lead behavioral health operations. You will recruit, train, evaluate staff and enforce agency policies in a compliant, efficient manner.

You will manage budgets, coordinate cross-department services and ensure confidentiality and high-quality care. Strong communication, supervision training and bilingual abilities are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Licensed LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in California with at least 2 years post-licensure.
• Must maintain licensure as a condition of employment.
• Supervision training per Board requirements to supervise MA/MSW interns.
• Demonstrated managerial ability to supervise multiple departments.
• Strong oral and written communication; public speaking; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff including recruitment, hiring, training, development, and evaluations.
• Draft policies and procedures to improve outcomes and compliance.
• Develop and manage department budget; monitor expenses and ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with other departments to coordinate services.
• Stay updated on agency standards and licensing requirements; participate in trainings.
• Ensure documentation and systems compliance; audit records as needed.
• Represent department at meetings; lead supervision and staff support meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of employees and client operations.
