Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator to support in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. You will provide supervision and structure, assist with meals, and help with documentation and transport as needed.

Roles vary by PC I/II/III with requirements ranging from GED to Bachelor's degree in behavioral health. A flexible schedule, weekends/holidays availability, and driving responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for PC I/II/III.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending at time of hire).
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field required for PC III.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily structure, safety checks, coping skills support, room searches, meal supervision, vital signs where required.
• Group Facilitation: participate and document in EHR, support group outings.
• Meal Support: assist with all meals, provide coaching and guidance on dietary needs.
• Administrative Support: complete documentation, transport patients to appointments, assist with other facility needs.

Education

Washington state credential (may be pending)
