Job summary

ERC Pathlight Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role provides structure and boundaries, mealtime support, and contributes to therapeutic programming across multiple sites.

The position requires willingness to work weekends/holidays and on-call shifts. Colorado pay range is listed; compensation includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, parental leave, retirement benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced levels.
• Must have valid driver’s license with safe driving record where required by location.
• Washington state credential may be required for some locations; ServSafe certification may be required depending on state/licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and structure for patients; observe safety checks and de-escalation.
• Conduct group facilitation and document in EHR; support group outings.
• Provide meal support during meals and snacks; monitor allergies and dietary needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including documentation of patient observations, meals, and events.
• Provide patient transportation and assist with logistics for appointments and facility needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field
