Job summary

ERC Pathlight Colorado seeks a Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients, ensuring structured routines, meal support, and safe, compassionate care across shifts.

You will collaborate with clinicians and staff, maintain documentation, and adapt to a dynamic program while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting patient well‑being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience for PC II.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field for PC III.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure, safety checks, and coping skills coaching.
• Group Facilitation: participate in groups and document in EHR.
• Meal Support: assist with meals and dietary needs, supervise during meals.
• Administrative Support: documentation, patient transportation, and coordinating program needs.
