Job summary

Telecare in Garden Grove, CA seeks an Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvements. You will collaborate with corporate departments and agencies, and participate in a structured on-call rotation with required response times.

Require ARF certification or eligibility, RBT/QPMP or related, DSP I/II, CPR/First Aid/CPI, and extensive on-site orientation and training. Valid driver license and insurance are needed for client transport.

Qualifications

• Must have ARF Administrator certificate or be registered within 60 days and certify within 6 months
• ARF certification must be complete before on-call duties
• RSO certification must be complete before on-call duties
• RBT or QBMP certification must be obtained within 60 days
• DSP I and II certifications must be obtained within 6 months
• CPR/First Aid/CPI certification required
• Must be 21+ years old
• 32 hours orientation within first 40 hours of employment
• 16 hours emergency intervention training within first 80 hours of employment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the program ensuring regulatory compliance
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvements
• Collaborate with corporate departments, consultants, and agencies
• Participate in structured on-call rotation and respond within required timeframes

Education

High School Graduation or G.E.D.

ARF Administrator certificate issued by CDSS or registered within 60 days and certification within 6 months

Residential Services Orientation (RSO) certification

Board certified as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Qualified Behavior Modification Professional

DSP I and DSP II certifications

CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification

Full driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Complete 32 hours of on-site orientation

Complete 16 hours of emergency intervention training
