Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the ARF residence and work with the Clinical Director to implement policies and services. The role includes an on-call rotation and staying responsive to work-related needs within defined timeframes.

Requirements include a BA/BS in behavioral health, two years of direct service experience, and current CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications (or within 60 days).

Qualifications

• They must hold a BA or BS in behavioral health or related field.
• Current certification in CPR, CPI and First Aid is required or obtained within 60 days.
• Two years of direct service experience with psychiatric individuals is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the residence and ensure services are provided.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to develop and implement policies and services.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond per protocols.
• Monitor communications during on-call and maintain readiness.
