Job summary

Telecare Palmview House in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Assistant Administrator to oversee program operations and supervise staff under the Program Administrator. You will ensure administrative tasks are completed and provide coverage when the Administrator is unavailable, while supporting residents and staff in daily operations.

This full-time role requires ARF eligibility, California certifications, and a strong commitment to quality care for adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have direct care experience with adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behavior.
• Requires ARF/DSS certifications and related compliance knowledge.
• CPR, First Aid, CPI certifications must be current.
• Willingness to drive clients and use personal vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and handle program administrative functions.
• Support the Program Administrator in daily operations.
• Provide program coverage when Administrator is unavailable.
• Assist with services for persons served as needed.
