Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health, Scottsdale-based outpatient center, is seeking a Practice Manager to support the Executive Director in daily operations, implementing policies and program handbooks, and coordinating between intake, inpatient programs, HR, Compliance, and the Business Office.

You will lead admin staff, oversee scheduling of activities and therapies, ensure accurate charges and timely payments, and help deploy the program while upholding state and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field preferred.
• Two years of administrative/clerical support experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an operational handbook including patient orientation to the program.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of policies and procedures in line with company policy and State and Joint Commission regulations.
• May function as Safety Officer insuring compliance with Risk and Safety policies and Joint Commission regulations.
• Coordinate all Administrative activities, including scheduling of all activities and therapies and provide daily supervision to any administrative clerical staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding of new staff as well as personnel file maintenance with Corporate Human Resources.
• Coordinate with the Business Office to ensure prompt and accurate posting of charges and collection of payments due.
