Job summary

Meadows-Behavioral-Healthcare MBH Outpatient Center Scottsdale seeks an Executive Director to oversee operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. This role reports to the VP of Outpatient Operations and drives strategic growth and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, experience with P&L management, budgeting, data analytics, and leadership development, with five+ years in healthcare administration, preferably behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years of management/administration experience, preferably at an executive level.
• Director level or above in a healthcare facility, preferably behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and reimbursement standards.
• Develop procedures and a work environment that promotes respect, communication, and information flow.
• Evaluate efficiency and outcomes and report to CEO.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
