This part-time, rotating-shift role supports the Nurse Manager in administrative duties and guides the nursing team in delivering best clinical practices within the behavioral health setting.

You will oversee unit personnel, supervise charge nurses, participate in hiring and staff development, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Valid RN license in Connecticut.
• 2+ years of Behavioral Health nursing experience.
• Leadership roles such as Charge Nurse or Supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing unit personnel and maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive nursing environment.
