Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current PA RN license or multistate license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with de-escalation techniques and handling difficult situations.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership in nursing services.
• Supervise direct patient care, assessments, and crisis management.
• Ensure environmental safety for the patient population.
• Train and educate staff, patients, and families.
• Coordinate staffing and liaise with administration on call.
