Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA. This part-time role offers every other weekend shifts from 7pm to 7am with potential add-on weekday coverage.

You will lead the nursing team, ensure safe, therapeutic care, and support 24/7 operations within an inpatient behavioral health setting. Applicants should be a Massachusetts-licensed RN with BSN and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management
