Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership across patient care areas. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain clinical standards aligned with Joint Commission and regulatory expectations.

The role requires an RN license, 3+ years of RN experience (psychiatric preferred), and ability to lead in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. This position reports to Nursing leadership and contributes to quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence.
• Minimum of 3 years Registered Nursing experience.
• Psychiatric nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee milieu management and patient care activities across units.
• Lead departmental staffing plans and resource allocation.
• Serve as a clinical resources liaison between DON/Nurse Manager and staff.
• Ensure safe medication administration and accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to nursing staff.
