Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Leadership and staff development experience.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, families, and health professionals with respect and sensitivity.
• Conduct clinical rounds to ensure appropriate nursing care.
• Support nurses in expediting medical intervention during status changes.
• Adjust staffing and scheduling to meet immediate needs.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers/DON on annual reviews and corrective actions.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and documentation.
