St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor BH RN Days to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

You’ll guide staff, manage shift resources, and promote professional standards in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role emphasizes leadership in acute care, coordination of interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to patient-centered care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN licensure required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS required and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Two years’ experience in acute care nursing; one year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership in implementing patient-centered care and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team and guide nursing staff to safe, optimal outcomes.
• Take a patient load and oversee unit operations.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee staff performance and conduct basic corrective actions and reviews.
• Uphold patient-centered care, professionalism and service excellence.
