Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking an Intake Coordinator into a full‑time on-site role with LPN grounding. You will manage admissions, perform screenings, verify insurance, and coordinate with referrals to ensure a smooth intake.

Responsibilities include scheduling, financial counseling, and pre‑registration, with collaboration across nursing, clinical staff and external providers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years' experience in healthcare admissions.
• Experience in patient assessment, referral, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
• Knowledge of community resources.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts pre-admission screenings and schedules assessments.
• Provides coverage for the Call Center team and handles call center duties.
• Verifies insurance and assists with pre-certifications during high volume.
• Maintains communication with referral sources regarding patient status.
• Handles clerical tasks related to admissions and document management.
