Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates intake, admission, and prior authorization for incoming patients.
• Performs insurance benefit verifications and communicates findings to patients and staff.
• Provides coverage for call center tasks during high volume.
• Maintains ongoing assessment of patient status through admission and pre-certifications.
• Communicates recommendations for level of care to patients and families.
