Catholic Charities Eastern WA is seeking a Consumer Care Coordinator to support behavioral health services, manage intake, referrals, placement and discharge processes. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating intake and referrals in behavioral health settings.
• Manage front-office operations, scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and maintain databases.
• Communicate effectively with diverse populations and maintain privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate admission services and referrals per intake criteria.
• Oversee insurance enrollment, authorizations, billing and compliance docs.
• Triage calls for resource referral and clinical assignment.
• Coordinate with CBHS, WISe, Rising Strong and other programs for seamless service.
• Maintain privacy procedures and secure handling of information.
• Track call logs and prepare program management data reports.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of staff where needed.
• Prepare quarterly stats and CQI reports; manage database systems.
• Refer crisis calls to CBHS clinicians or crisis services when needed.
• Support program management with clerical tasks and minutes at meetings.
• Implement regulatory or policy changes and respond to requests.
