Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field.
• RN license in Kentucky required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional information.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Participates in patient admission procedures and related clinical tasks.
• Ensures patient safety by reporting potential self-harm risks to an RN.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of emotional and mental health concepts.
• Completes documentation clearly and concisely in line with patient goals and treatment plan.
