Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the state of Kentucky.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, patient evaluations and information reports.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or community members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, referrals, and staff over disciplines.
• CPR course completion and HWC within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient admission procedures and assist with vital signs and labs.
• Ensure patient safety by reporting risks to an RN.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mental health concepts.
• Complete documentation reflecting patient goals and treatment plans.
