Job summary

Ascension is seeking a dedicated team member for the Night shift at the Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health facility in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role involves full-time hours from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am within the Adult Psychiatry High Acuity department, delivering group therapy and coordinating care across the treatment team.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology, with experience in behavioral health preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology is required.
• Experience in psychiatric care or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer group therapy.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Provide the patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
• Work with patient, family, physician, and community providers to ensure collaborative care from treatment initiation to discharge.
