Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a Behavioral Health Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Behavioral Health clinics, supervising clinicians, case managers, SUD staff, nurses, and administrative staff.

The role collaborates with division leaders to meet strategic goals, improve access to patient care, and ensure compliant scheduling and reporting. Travel < 10% to support regional programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare-related supervisory/management experience.
• Associate’s degree in health-related or business field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Customer service experience (2+ years) is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff in the planning, development, and implementation of day-to-day clinic operations.
• Implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure scheduling staff actively fill appointments to improve access to care.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage staff through meetings and communication of department updates.
• Travel less than 10% as required to support regional operations.
