Job summary

Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks an Operational Manager of Rehabilitation to lead day-to-day clinic operations across locations. You will oversee budgets, staff, and service delivery, ensuring patient-centered care and alignment with strategic goals.

In a regional dyad with the Rehabilitation Services Director, you will drive performance, collaborate with departments, and champion quality and safety while expanding telehealth and EHR optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in clinic management or health care administration is required.
• Supervision of professional staff and financial management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with TJC, CMS, HIPAA and related regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs administrative, professional and supervisory staff in planning and implementing day-to-day rehabilitation clinic operations.
• Oversees budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation for clinics in collaboration with partners.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and ensures regulatory compliance across sites.
• Fosters collaboration with multiple departments and external partners to optimize patient care and telehealth opportunities.
