Job summary

SEARHC seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Office Manager to supervise daily clinic operations in Juneau. You will lead clinicians, case managers, and support staff, ensure patient access, and align with SEARHC’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

You will drive staff development, scheduling efficiency, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with division leaders and other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in health-related or business field.
• 2 years of health field work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare leadership training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff in planning, development, and implementation of day-to-day clinic operations.
• Implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure scheduling staff fill appointments to improve access to care.
• Provide back-up support for registration and scheduling.
• Identify areas for staff development and facilitate training with the regional director.
• Address patient and customer concerns and improve protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clinic operations compliance.
• Travel less than 10%.
