Job summary

Relief Mental Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of a behavioral health clinic offering TMS, Spravato, Medication Management, IV Ketamine, and Therapy services. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure workflow efficiency, and maintain compliance and safety standards.

The role focuses on driving patient census growth and retention, partnering with providers and leadership to support high-quality care while optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field.
• 1 year of management/leadership experience in healthcare with direct reports preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate EHR systems and Brainsway TMS certification (training provided).
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Drive census growth and patient retention in collaboration with providers and admissions.
• Manage billing coordination, verify insurance, and support accurate CPT/HCPCS coding.
• Provide coverage as needed and maintain HIPAA confidentiality across all interactions.
