Job summary

You will assist providers with patient care tasks, administer TMS treatments, support Spravato services, and help maintain accurate records in the EHR while upholding HIPAA standards in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous healthcare experience, behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to learn and use EHR systems.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during training.
• Ability to obtain TMS administration certification within one month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Administer and monitor TMS treatments and Spravato services.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assist with scheduling, intake, and front desk duties.
• Coordinate with providers and clinic leadership to ensure coordination of care.
