Job summary

Relief Mental Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of a behavioral health clinic offering TMS, Spravato, Medication Management, IV Ketamine, and Therapy services. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain safety and HIPAA compliance to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of management/leadership experience in healthcare or mental health with direct reports preferred.
• Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Health Record system; CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality across all modalities.
• Manage census development and patient retention in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Providers, and facility management to support patient care.
• Monitor billing, scheduling, and document compliance; run audits as needed.
