Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the West Allis clinic, overseeing patient services, staffing, and daily operations. You’ll partner with the Regional Operations Director to ensure safety, quality care, and smooth processes that support recovery journeys for individuals with opioid and substance use disorders.

You’ll hire, train, and guide the patient services team, set staffing levels, and collaborate on program growth while maintaining compliance with state

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health or health services preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience or experience leading a team - required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and guide your patient services team and supervisors.
• Set staffing levels based on patient needs, workflow, and clinical demands.
• Spot and de-escalate patient concerns before they become bigger problems.
• Partner with Quality and Compliance to keep the clinic aligned with state and federal requirements.
• Keep patient flow and care coordination running smoothly.
• Set KPIs for customer service and model what excellent patient care looks like.
• Manage outside agency inspections and help navigate audits or corrective plans.
• Work with your Clinical Coordinator on grievances, appeals, and complaints from clients or oversight agencies.
