Qualifications

• Two years of experience in administrative services.
• EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinic operator/receptionist.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
• Operate and maintain office equipment (copy machines, calculators, fax, computers, etc.).
• Conduct initial screenings and process referrals for clinic services.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule clinical appointments for all providers by phone and/or mail.
