Job summary

Relief Mental Health in Illinois seeks a Clinical Assistant to support clinical and administrative operations across our clinics. You will assist providers with patient care, administer TMS treatments, and support Spravato services while maintaining accurate patient records.

Greet patients, manage front desk tasks, schedule appointments, handle billing prep, and ensure HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
• Valid CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during training.
• TMS administration certification within one month of employment (training provided).
• Ability to learn and use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with empathy.
• Respond to calls, voicemails, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Review patient paperwork for accuracy and assist with forms.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain clean, organized offices and treatment rooms.
• Prepare examination rooms and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to support patient care.
• Document patient vitals, histories, and clinical information.
• Administer and monitor TMS and Spravato protocols as directed.
• Document treatment notes in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
