Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions for out-of-home residential services. You will liaise with utilization management, behavioral health homes, and providers to ensure timely, quality care and smooth facility coordination.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, superb organization, and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of coordination efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with behavioral health system operations and community-based treatment resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within the specified service area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members in out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process and maintain accurate facility activity documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
