CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions for out-of-home residential services. You will serve as a primary liaison among utilization management teams, residential providers, care management, and external stakeholders to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with behavioral health system operations and community-based treatment resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, including distribution of referrals, provider responses, and documentation.
