CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions for out-of-home residential treatment. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, and care management staff to ensure timely access to quality settings.

The role emphasizes strong clinical knowledge, organization, and collaboration across networks, with travel up to 10% preferred in Arizona as needed. Eligible for CVS Health benefits and a comprehensive pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, behavioral health network operations, and community-based treatment resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Arizona.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage the referral process, track responses, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
