Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Behavioral Health Child/Adolescent Utilization Management Department. The role coordinates admissions for out-of-home residential services, serving as the liaison among utilization management, residential providers, care management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, behavioral health network operations, and community-based treatment resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referrals, track provider responses, and maintain accurate documentation.
