CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services, coordinating with utilization management, residential providers and care teams.

You will manage referrals, identify appropriate facilities, ensure timely submissions, and respond to disruptions with urgent alternative options. Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system and related resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage the referral process and maintain documentation of facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely information submission.
