Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Access Supervisor for Southeast Ohio to manage referrals and ensure timely access to services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with partners, and drive performance while upholding HIPAA and professional standards.

The role requires a LISW/LPCC license in Ohio and 3+ years in healthcare or behavioral health with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals for care and timely access to services across multiple regions.
• Manage a team of intake specialists and build relationships with community partners.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development, including progressive discipline as needed.
• Support staff through coaching and problem‑solving to improve performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to professional guidelines.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate client documentation and data entry.
