Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health or related field required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral workflow to ensure timely access to services.
• Lead and supervise intake specialists across multiple regions.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; implement progressive discipline when needed.
• Provide guidance and support to employees through coaching and problem analysis.
• Foster agency-wide collaboration and innovation to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and processes are implemented and followed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional ethical guidelines.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate client documentation.
• Travel within designated service areas as needed.
