Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Access Supervisor for Southeast Ohio. You will oversee referrals for care, ensuring timely access across multiple regions, and manage a team of intake specialists while maintaining relations with community partners.

Essential duties include implementing performance management, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards in EHR systems. Occasional travel within service areas is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.
• 3 years in healthcare/behavioral health, nonprofit admin or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals and access to care across regions.
• Lead intake specialists and manage team performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with employees and community partners.
• Support staff through coaching and problem solving sessions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in EHR.
• Travel within designated service areas as needed.
