Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an Access Supervisor – Southeast, Ohio to oversee referrals for care and ensure timely access within multiple programs. You will lead a team of intake specialists and maintain strong relationships with staff and community partners to improve service delivery.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s and a master’s in social work or clinical counseling, plus an active LISW or LPCC in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio is required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare/behavioral health or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical referral or nonprofit administrative management is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals for care and timely access to services across multiple regions.
• Manage and mentor a team of intake specialists across regions.
• Maintain relationships with employees and community partners in designated regions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant communication with clients and partners.
• Lead agency-wide collaboration and implement policies and procedures.
• Travel within designated service areas as needed and ensure HIPAA compliance.
