Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. Paid training provided; you’ll join a team that focuses on evidence-based treatment and family-centered care across home, school, and community settings.

The role includes coaching communication and daily living skills, with data collection and progress tracking under supervision. A vehicle and flexible scheduling help meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or disabilities preferred.
• Open schedule with availability seven days a week is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related needs.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills at home, school, or community settings.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
