Pops ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work directly with clients under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions in homes and schools. You will implement individualized plans, monitor progress, and support skill development to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions accurately and implement behavior plans.
• Travel to client locations including homes and schools.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Be compassionate and patient helping individuals with developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Record and track client progress using designated data methods.
• Support development of functional life skills and independence.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote motivation.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate updates to families and team members.
• Partake in ongoing ABA training and development.
