Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to work under a BCBA, delivering ABA interventions in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement BIPs, run one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and help clients develop communication, social, and self-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques (DTT, NAT, etc.).
• Accurately collect and log data on client behavior and progress.
• Help clients build functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to improve ABA skills.
