Responsibilities

Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods.
Record and document client behavior and progress using provided tools.
Support clients in building communication, social, self-care and daily living skills.
Create a positive learning environment promoting engagement and autonomy.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals for consistency across settings.
Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
Participate in ongoing professional development in ABA practices.
