Job summary

Pops ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Skills Technicians to deliver evidence-based ABA services under BCBA supervision. Positions involve working in clients' homes, schools, and community settings to implement BIPs and teach functional skills.

You will collect progress data, support communication and socialization development, and collaborate with the BCBA and care teams. Travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Collect data on client progress using designated tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and promote independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adjust strategies and ensure consistency.
• Communicate progress with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
