Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and implement BIPs with fidelity.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction to clients using ABA techniques, including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection tools and methods.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment and promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Communicate updates to clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
