Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques.
Collect data on client progress using designated data tools.
Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
Foster a positive learning environment and promote engagement and independence.
Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust strategies.
Communicate progress with clients, families, and team members.
