Job summary

Pops ABA is seeking caring Behavior Technicians to support clients with autism and developmental challenges. Working under a BCBA, you’ll implement plans, deliver one-on-one ABA instruction, and help learners build essential life skills in homes and schools.

You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to adjust interventions. Strong ethics, reliability, and compassion are essential, and you’ll receive ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one instruction using ABA methods such as DTT.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in developing functional skills across communication and daily living.
• Maintain a positive learning environment that promotes independence.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to assess progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance ABA skills.
